Michael Winslow Police Academy
Police Academy is a series of American comedy films. Police Academy (1984) kicked off the series, with the concept that a new mayor had introduced a strategy mandating the police force to take all willing candidates. Winslow portrayed the role of Larvell Jones.
The film followed a group of mismatched applicants as they attempted to establish their worth as police officers, achieving both despite and because of their oddities.
The concept, like in many popular films, was a bunch of underdogs trying to prove themselves against multiple people in authority. Only George Gaynes, Michael Winslow, and David Graf appeared in all seven films of the series.
However, Winslow maintained his part from the films, making him the only crew member from the films to have a recurring role on the show, while many others appeared occasionally.
Michael Winslow Voices
Winslow is well recognized for his ability to generate realistic sound effects purely through his voice. He contributed his voice for Wizard Ops Tactics, a turn-based tactical game that serves as the spiritual predecessor to the previous game.
