Juliet Dragos WZZM
Dragos has been the anchor of WZZM 13 News’ newscasts at 5, 6, and 11 p.m. since April 1991. She is also the station spokesperson for WZZM 13’s “Friends for Life” initiative, which promotes monthly breast self-exams to detect breast cancer early. She started the “Friends for Life” campaign in 1997 and has been the emcee and honorary co-chair of the “Race for the Cure” for nearly two decades.
“Special Olympics Michigan” is her passion. She has served on the Board of Directors for five years and is now the Board Chair. She has also been the emcee of the State Summer Games in Mt. Pleasant for over two decades. Dragos also helps out at Special Olympics Michigan tournaments throughout the state.
